Who we are
We’re nine volunteers: students, alumni, parents and teachers in Italy, Germany, Hungary and the United States. The younger ones bring the ideas, the older ones the experience.
How we work together
Most of our meetings happen online, across four countries. Small groups look after development, design, communication, moderation and the community, and we make the big decisions together.
Nobody is paid. We do this because we believe in it, and because it’s something we’d love to use ourselves.

Founder & coordination

Grew up at the Waldorf School of Florence, where music, creativity and community shaped how he sees the world. He started WaldorfMinds in 2022 and looks after coordination and the app’s development.

One of the first members. He loves nature, farming, philosophy and writing, and hopes WaldorfMinds can bring people a little closer together.

Simone Marra
Software & mentoring

A Waldorf parent and experienced programmer who does much of the technical work and mentors the younger members of the team. For him, WaldorfMinds is a bridge between the digital world and the warmth of Waldorf communities.

A Waldorf alum from Bonn, now studying medicine in Berlin. He joined to bring the sense of community he found at school to an international scale.

A Waldorf alum studying psychology and linguistics at UC Berkeley, and the designer of our logo. An exchange at a Steiner school in Lausanne made her want to open that door for others.
